An Advanced CT Scanner from Siemens

Recently FDA has cleared the new Somatom X.cite premium single source CT scanner from Siemens Healthineers. Here X.cite premium single source CT scanner is designed by using myExam Companion user interface concept.

The myExam Companion user interface helps to guide the user through the exam workflow with exact questions about the patients, enabling optimization of Somatom X.cite.

This new Xcite premium single source CT scanner offers a combination of patient data with other machine observable, patient specific information such as patient’s ECG waveform for a cardiac study. This scanner is more efficient to acquire and construct techniques for each patient. 

The Xcite premium CT scanner is designed with Vectron X ray tube and a large 82cm gantry bore, allowing it to offer advanced imaging capabilities with a focus on patient comfort.
